Update Details
I. New Character
5-Star Character “Knight of Boreas” Varka (Anemo)
◇ Vision: Anemo
◇ Weapon: Claymore
◇ Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. Knight of Boreas, protector of Mondstadt.
◆ Varka is an Anemo DPS character who dual-wields claymores, allowing him to deal two different types of Elemental DMG simultaneously in combat.
Tapping his Elemental Skill, Varka enters Sturm und Drang. While in this state, his two weapons gain non-overridable Elemental Infusions based on the current party composition: one weapon is infused with Anemo, while the other is infused with the Element corresponding to a teammate’s Elemental Type. During Sturm und Drang, the DMG dealt by Varka’s Normal Attacks is increased. After landing a certain number of attacks on opponents, he can unleash a more powerful Elemental Skill or Charged Attack.
When Varka unleashes his Elemental Burst, he delivers two slashes: one deals Elemental DMG determined by a teammate’s Elemental Type, and the other deals Anemo DMG.
When Holding the Elemental Skill, Varka leaps forward a certain distance. For each Mondstadt Character in your party, this Skill’s CD is further reduced.
◆ Hexerei: Secret Rite:
After completing quests related to the Hexenzirkel, Varka will become a Hexerei character. When Hexerei: Secret Rite is triggered, his Elemental Skill is enhanced, and landing Normal Attacks on opponents will further reduce the CD of his special Elemental Skill.
◆ After obtaining Varka and completing Archon Quest Prologue: Act III “Song of the Dragon and Freedom,” Travelers can accept the World Quest “Nameless Bloodstained Monument.” Completing this World Quest to obtain Varka’s exclusive weapon appearance, “Unbreakable: Durandarte.”

Max 4 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.01s. Additionally, when the party has the “Hexerei: Secret Rite” effect, each stack of Four Winds’ Hymn also increases the equipping character’s CRIT DMG by 7.5%.
