HSR Nanook the Aeon of Destruction

There are so many mysteries behind the Emanators of Destruction, and not enough answers! Honkai: Star Rail just dropped their latest Myriad Celestia trailer, featuring several Lord Ravagers from across the galaxy. What we didn’t know was that they showcased more than who they credited in the video!

Myriad Celestia’s Fables About the Stars Part 2 announced not just one Lord Ravager’s voice actor, but four altogether! However, this doesn’t mean we have only four Lord Ravagers in the universe — after all, the Aeon of Destruction isn’t short-sighted! If you haven’t watched the trailer yet, check it out!

The four credited Lord Ravagers featured in the video are:

  • Lord Ravager: Celenova (Voice: Erica Mendez)
  • Lord Ravager: Phantylia (Voice: Tara Langella)
  • Lord Ravager: Asat Pramad (Voice: Joe Hernandez)
  • Lord Ravager: Zephyro (Voice: Sean Chiplock)

If you want a closer look at the Lord Ravagers mentioned, check out our impressions on IcyVeins! And if you don’t know anything about the upcoming version update, what are you waiting for?!

From the official Honkai: Star Rail‘s Galactic Archives, developers announced all of the Emanators of Destruction following Nanook! And, oh boy, there is so much more than what we expected!

Which Lord Ravagers Did We See?

Technically, we saw all of the Lord Ravagers in the Myriad Celestia teaser, but not all of them said anything! Perhaps they have an undistinguishable voice? Afterall, we can’t really hear the Aeon of Nihility IX in Simulated Universe (I wish I could)!

In the HoYoLAB article, Honkai: Star Rail notes the 7 Emanators of Destruction are the antithesis to the Aeons of the Paths. This means that everything they do is meant to destroy or harm what the Aeons create or believe in. Talk about dangerous with a capital D!

Let’s learn about the Lord Ravagers below!

First on the list is Lord Ravager Asat Pramad, who mourns for the end of laughter. If you notice in the corner, it’s the (destroyed) symbol for the Aeon of Elation, Aha. Asat Pramad‘s known for being the most “human” Emanator of Destruction, but is death really such a joyous occasion?

The next one we know is Lord Ravager Zephyros. He seems to be the most terrifying Emanator of Destruction: not only is he a little rebellious (like our favourite Aeon of Nihility IX), if you happen to see him, you know you’re in for a “painless death”.

Wait, is that because Zephyros turns everything into nothing?! I don’t know if that’s a blessing or a curse in disguise! The “Self-Annihilator” Zephyros is certainly one to watch out for.

Seen fighting against the Xianzhou Yaoqing fleet, Lord Ravager Celenova provides salvation to those who cry for help… by sending the Antimatter Legion in swarms?! We know of Harmony’s plight from The Family in Penacony, but I didn’t think saving people meant killing them too! Beware of what you wish for, Trailblazers!

Did I Miss Any Lord Ravagers?

Honestly, who would’ve seen this coming, a Lord Ravager with no corporeal body? Wait, we have (sorry Phantylia). There’s no official English translation yet, but the “Sun Devourer” Luxbane shrouds themselves in mystery and extinguishes many stars in the cosmos.

Strangely enough, they seem to be targeting two Aeons: Voracity and Permanence. Perhaps these will be the upcoming Paths for future characters? What happens if both Aeons end up dead?

The Emanator of Destruction Archforger seems to be dipping something in gold… I originally thought the unknown body was the Aeon of Erudition Nous, but maybe it’s a construct of Preservation instead?

The Architects back in Belobog once fought for their destiny in the Eternal Freeze. Though some may find the cold unpleasant, Belobog has learned to appreciate it in many ways. So will the danger of Archforger’s heat and temper cause the great nation to go to war again?

Something Old & Something New

If you remember her from the Xianzhou Luofu storyline, Lord Ravager Phantylia is quite the unrelenting monarch! She lives, and she dies, and she lives again: is her hunt for the Aeon Lan (also known as the Reignbow Arbitor) truly that important?

Will the Xianzhou Alliance manage to protect their long-lived strengths and beliefs before Phantylia‘s disguised incarnations and manipulation destroy them all?

Last, but not least, we have the Lord Ravager Irontomb (literally)! Unlike the other Emanators of Destruction, there are very few witness records of Irontomb‘s invasions. Realistically, the only evidence left are the suffering civilizations reduced to a cold grave (yikes!).

However, the only relation is that Irontomb focuses on worlds that are technologically advanced. Most of those worlds and factions follow Nous’ Path of Erudition, such as the Intelligentsia Guild and the Genius Society.

We’ve seen Madam Herta and Screwllum in the latest Amphoreus update, so maybe we’ll encounter the Irontomb soon? Maybe a new Lord Ravager as well? There’s a lot to look forward to, including the upcoming Fate/stay night collaboration!
