The MoP Classic launch has an issue with players losing guild reputation every once in a while. Blizzard are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, but aren’t sure when one will be coming.
We are aware of an issue causing some players to periodically lose guild reputation. We’re investigating and working on a fix for it, but we don’t yet have an ETA for the fix.
