As usual, it didn’t take long for the first max-level Classic player to emerge. Pandaria only took under 3 hours for the fastest players to conquer, at least when it comes to leveling!
Speedy Mists
It looked like Lmgd1 took the crown once again, after claiming the first level 85 at the launch of Cataclysm Classic. However, after the data was consulted, a different victor emerged! Samdxdx actually beat out the presumed winner by around 2 minutes, managing to get the run in under 3 hours!
That’s an incredibly close finish, with some API checks to make sure it’s correct.
2nd Place
Lmgd1 got so close and was even declared the winner for a while. He took down a whole bunch of elites to finish off leveling, getting summoned to various spots to speed things up. Here’s the final ding, summons included, so we have some video action to look at.
