Want to make some more gold in New World: Aeternum? You’ve came to the right place! The introduction of Season 9 in New World: Aeternum has not only introduced new features and content to the game, but also some new ways to make some fast gold.

Below are four quick tips that you can start doing today in order to generate quick and easy gold this season. If you’re interested in seeing more, check out our New World Gold-Making Guide.

Tip #1: Gathering Bananas

Season 9 is heavily focused on new PvP-related content, including the all-new Capture the Flag (CTF) mode, a new 3v3 arena map, and even updates to the PvP free-for-all zone in Cutlass Keys. All of this new PvP content is driving more players to these game modes, increasing the overall demand for certain PvP-related consumables, like attribute foods.

The most-common attribute foods that players consume within PvP modes have one common ingredient: bananas. Luckily, these are very easy to gather! By teleporting to the Salty Island Shrine in Cutlass Keys, you will quickly see an enormous amount of banana trees waiting to be cut down!

Once you’ve gathered enough bananas, you can post them directly on the Trading Post and make some quick and easy gold!

Helpful Tip: If you respec to have 350 Constitution, you will pick-up multiple logging passives to gather these bananas more efficiently!

Tip #2: Refining Materials (Through Chest Runs)

New World: Aeternum is very much a seasonal game. Every year there tends to be some major updates or changes that brings players back, increasing not only the player base, but also overall demand for certain items. A perfect example is the recent launch of New World: Aeternum in the PS Plus Game Catalog, driving a large number of new players starting the game.

All of these new players will have one thing in common: they need to level up their trade skills. In order to do that, they need to collect a large number of refining materials (such as Pure Solvent, Obsidian Sandpaper, and Aged Tanin). This overall increase of demand has a direct impact on the price of these materials, making it the perfect time to sell them if you have them in your inventory!

If you don’t have much, it’s a good idea to start doing daily chest runs to open as many chests as possible. At the end of each chest run, you can post these refining materials to the Trading Post and make some easy gold.

Tip #3: Daily PvP Races

Every day, you will have the option to join several PvP races throughout different territories in Aeternum. Simply by particiapting in these, you’ll be able to pick up some easy rewards that can turn into gold! The launch of Season 9 greatly increased the type of items you receive when opening these participation rewards you receive when joining these races.

These rewards now include a chance of you getting some of the new crafting perk items, such as the Soulheart Alternator. If you participate in these each day, you will very likely get your hands on a handful of these crafting perk items that you can post on the Trading Post for some quick and easy gold!

Tip #4: Weapon Matrices

The launch of Season 9 includes two new artifact weapons: the Crescent’s Wave Greatsword and the Hammer of Yeet. Both of these are quickly becoming fan favorites, and everyone is trying to max them out to their full potential, which requires a Weapon Matrix.

The overall demand for these are at an all-time high, making it a great item to sell for a huge profit. If you have these items in your inventory today (or can craft them) then you should highly consider selling them for some quick gold.
