She not only provides teamwide buffs, heals, and deals damage, but she also stacks and utilizes Havoc Bane, another Negative Status, independently. Havoc Bane reduces the target’s defense by 2% per stack up to 6 stacks (12%).

As of Version 2.8, the top team for Chisa includes both Cartethyia and Ciaccona. Because they can exploit adverse effects, with Chisa’s Outro skill increasing maximum stack limits for Negative Statuses, everyone in the team becomes stronger! If Cartethyia can deal significant damage thanks to Chisa, this team is definitely worth investing in~
Spectro Frazzle Team
You can also try out the new Spectro Frazzle team, which consists of Zani, Phoebe, and Chisa. Chisa‘s primary role is to provide Zani with much-needed resistance and critical damage. As she’s newly added in Version 2.8, Chisa isn’t ubiquitous yet across other meta teams. However, it’s likely she’ll become meta in the upcoming Version 2.9 with the new characters. We can only guess!
