Today is the final day of Chrono Odyssey’s Closed Beta, and if you are just hopping in or did not get much time to play earlier, there is one method you might want to try out before the servers go offline.
A community-discovered strategy (shoutout to Cauttyh) lets you farm huge XP, purple gear, and tons of gold in just a few minutes per run, using a clever party trick near the Western Vinetrap Forest.
How the Farm Works
- Head south to the Seeker of the Transparent Path.
- Farm the Void Brute boss nearby. Everyone who tags it gets a Time Rift Key.
- Enter the Time Rift Portal using just the party leader’s key (others save theirs).
- Each run gives high XP, tons of blue/purple drops, and crafting recipes that let you gear up below item level requirements.
- Rotate party leaders to infinitely loop: Brute → Portal → Brute → Portal.
You can do this solo, but it is much faster (and more fun) with a full group of 3.
The loot? High-end gear, salvageable mats, lower-requirement recipes. Some players have hit 300k+ gold using this method before the beta ends, later today.
