AdHoc Studio’s newest title, Dispatch, is taking the world by storm, and its popularity keeps climbing every week. Within just 10 days, the game sold over one million copies. With new episodes dropping weekly, there’s no telling how big Dispatch will get by the time the final chapter releases.
What is Dispatch?
If you haven’t heard, Dispatch is a narrative-driven episodic adventure where players step into the shoes of Robert Robertson, a former superhero once known as Mecha Man. Now powerless after his suit’s destruction, Robert’s forced into early retirement and takes on a new role, a dispatcher for a superhero network.
Naturally, things don’t stay calm for long. Between managing heroes on the front lines and navigating workplace drama, your choices directly impact both your fate and the heroes under your command.
Unlike most games that release all their content at once, Dispatch keeps fans hooked by releasing two new episodes every week. This format has proven wildly successful, and each cliffhanger builds anticipation, and with every new drop, sales continue to surge.
A Star Role & A Star Cast

Part of Dispatch’s explosive success stems from its stellar voice cast. The lineup is stacked with talent, including Aaron Paul as Robert Robertson, and several members of Critical Role: Travis Willingham, Sam Riegel, Laura Bailey, Liam O’Brien, Marisha Ray, Ashley Johnson, and Matthew Mercer.
The surprises don’t stop there — internet personalities like Jacksepticeye, MoistCr1TiKaL, and even Yung Gravy also lend their voices to the game. This wide range of voices and personalities helps elevate Dispatch into something special.
Critical Role themselves even produced a special episode on their channel celebrating the game’s success — giving Dispatch even more visibility in both the gaming and streaming communities.
Release Schedule

It’s not too late to jump in. As of now, not all episodes have released, so there’s still time to catch up before the finale. Episodes 5 and 6 arrive on November 5, with the final episodes dropping November 12.
Given Dispatch’s success, fans are already calling for additional seasons, and judging by the momentum, AdHoc might just deliver.
