A Community Project With Hours of Work Behind It
According to creator Chreat26 on Reddit, the project has already taken over 70 hours of work. The team has been carefully marking everything they can find in the game world, even small items that already appear on the in-game map.
The idea is to create a single, complete reference point for exploration, making it easier for players to track down every secret, collectible, and Easter egg.
The Challenges of Mapping Borderlands 4
Not everything is straightforward, though. Some areas only unlock after certain missions, and that makes them tricky to document. Chreat26 also noted that finding Easter eggs has been much harder in Borderlands 4 compared to Borderlands 3.
Despite that, progress is steady, and the team is pushing updates every day.
