For those wondering whether they could enjoy the bite-sized action-adventure survival game despite all the spiders, we’ve got good news for you. Much like the first game, Grounded 2 will have an Arachnophobia mode.
How Do I Activate Arachnophobia Mode?
Players can find the slider for Arachnopobia mode in the accessibility settings menu. Unlike most games that change spiders into other creatures or flat out remove them, spiders, for better or worse, are part of Grounded 2’s progression, threats, and even mounts!
To help with this, players can expect the Arachnophobia mode to work similarly to the first game, transforming deadly spiders into weird floating balls.

However, this time around, Arachnophobia mode may pose some problems, as the trailer shows players taming and riding bugs, including spiders. So, will players with Arachnophobia mode turned on be riding and taming floating balloon animals again, or will we see a tweak for friendly spiders?
