Fatshark just dropped a massive new trailer celebrating 10 Years of Tide, marking a full decade since the launch of Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide. The trailer highlights the community’s incredible in-game accomplishments across Warhammer: Vermintide 2 and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide—and even teases new content coming to both games, including a brand-new Darktide class reveal.

Vermintide 2 fans can look forward to the return of Geheimnisnacht and Gifts of the Wolf Father, alongside a brand-new map likely set in the River Reik from End Times.
Meanwhile, Darktide players can jump into the Stolen Rations event right now, with another free update and event dropping in December. But the biggest highlight? The new class reveal on November 11th.
Could the New Darktide Class Be a Ratling?
While Fatshark hasn’t revealed details yet, fans have long speculated about what the next class might be. One of the most popular theories points toward the introduction of another Abhuman joining the ranks aboard the Mourningstar.

Since Darktide’s launch, players have heard numerous voice lines and hints referencing Ratlings—a distinct Abhuman type known for their small stature, agility, and deadly accuracy as snipers in the Imperial Guard. Ratlings are also infamous for their kleptomaniac tendencies and surprising culinary talents.
Could the long-rumored Ratling sniper finally be joining the fight? We’ll find out soon when Fatshark unveils the new class this November.
