If you are already watching Wuthering Waves streams, now is the perfect time to get rewarded for it! The Twitch Drops event for Version 2.5 is already live since a few days, so here is a reminder so you don’t forget!
You can earn the rewards from July 23 at 8:00 PM (PT) to August 20 at 7:59 PM (PT)! Those include in-game rewards like Astrite just by watching any Wuthering Waves content on Twitch.
How Does It Work
In order to get the rewards, you need to:
- Link your Twitch account with your Wuthering Waves account. You can do so on the official page here.
- Watch eligible streams on Twitch. Basically, the stream needs to be about Wuthering Waves, so under the Wuthering Waves Twitch category, and the streamer has to have Drops enabled.
- Watch the correct amount of time
- Claim the rewards under your drop inventory on your Twitch account
- Claim the rewards in game
What Rewards Can You Get
After watching a certain amount of time, you can get the following rewards:
- Watch for 15 minutes to get Shell Credit ×25,000
- Watch for 30 minutes to get Medium Resonance Potion ×5
- Watch for 1 hour to get Advanced Energy Core ×3
- Watch for 1 hour 30 minutes to get Advanced Energy Bag ×2
- Watch for 2 hours to get Astrite ×50
You do not need to watch it all in one go, it will add up if you watch 30 minutes one evening, and 10 minutes another moment, etc. You also do not have to always watch the same person. It still adds up if you watch one streamer once, and another one the next day.
It will not count double if you watch two people at the same time, however. This will not make it go faster. Also keep in mind that you need to have the stream on an open window, and with the volume at least at 1%. Sometimes, if you mute it, or if the window is hidden, it will not always count.
And don’t forget to claim the rewards in your twitch drop inventory once you are done, otherwise they will not appear in-game. Once claimed, they are sent to your in-game mailbox.
