Nintendo livestreamed a new Partner Showcase Direct today, presenting a ton of upcoming third-party titles for both the Nintendo Switch and the Switch 2. This 25-minute presentation brought a lot of new ports, remasters, and exciting new releases across any type of games!

Every Game Announced in the July 2025 Nintendo Partner Showcase
- Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection
- Capcom revealed the next evolution of the monster-riding RPG. Launching exclusively on Switch 2 in 2026, this third entry seems to have a darker tone and more mechanics than the previous one. Also expect 2 new monsters!
- Once Upon a Katamari
- Coming to Switch 1 on October 24. New environments, quirky challenges, and multiplayer fun included.
- Just Dance 2026
- The usual, nothing new. Planned for both Switch 1 and 2, for October 14, 2025.
- Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO
- The arena fighter comes on both Switch and Switch 2 on November 14, with a ton of action and a massive character roster. Also comes with motion controls!
- Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted
- PopCap returns with what looks like a reimagined or remastered edition of the tower defense classic. This time, you can even play with friends! Planned for Switch 1 and 2 for October 2025.
- FC 2026
- Your typical Football game returns! Available on September 26, 2025, with new clubs and players, on both Switch and Switch 2.
- Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac
- A full remaster of the GameCube 3D platformer drops on September 26 for both Switch platforms. Also comes with local co-op!
- Final Fantasy Tactics
- Replay through the classic Strategy RPG, with new elements being added. Fully voiced game, new dialogues, new difficulty options, and more! Coming to both Switch on September 30, 2025.
- Persona 3 Reload
- Atlus confirmed the remake is heading to Switch 2, with a release on October 23, 2025. It joins the list of modern JRPGs making the move to Nintendo Switch 2.
- Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment
- A new spinoff in the Zelda universe, and yes, it is canon. It is tied directly to Tears of the Kingdom. The gameplay trailer teased a war-torn Hyrule. No firm date yet, but it is one of the showcase’s biggest surprises. It is planned for Winter 2025.
- Madden NFL 26
- Releasing on Switch 2 on August 14, 2025. EA brings the Madden series back to Nintendo platforms for the first time in years.
- Chilling by the Fire
- Cozy Fire-camp building sim. Launches on Switch 2 today!
- Apex Legends:
- Respawn’s battle royal returns, but this time for Switch 2, launching alongside the new Showdown season and August 5, 2025.
- Hela
- A new game planned on Switch 2 for 2026, where you play as a tiny mouse in a dark, overgrown forest. A little indie adventure about discovery and nature. Perfect if you want to chill!
- Star Wars: Outlaws
- Releasing on Switch 2 on September 4, 2025. Ubisoft brings the open-world Star Wars game to Switch 2.
- Cronos: The New Dawn
- A new game from the makers of Silent Hill, Bloober Team. Release is planned for Nintendo Switch 2 on September 5, 2025. Typical from the studio, expect a third-person psychological survival horror game.
- Yakuza Kiwami 2
- Releasing for Switch 2 only, on November 13, 2025. You will be able to play the remakes of the original Yakuza and Yakuza 2 on your switch!
- Octopath Traveler 0
- Planned for Switch 2 with a release on December 4, 2025. This is a new Octopath Traveler adventure with new characters and Square Enix’s HD-2D style. It is not a sequel, but a reimagining with new storytelling and combat systems.
- The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tale
- Releasing on Switch 2, but not specific date yet. The demo is available right now! It is a new HD-2D turn-based RPG similar to classics like Bravely Default and Chrono Trigger. Developed by an indie team but published by Square Enix.
