A Much Stronger Start
For comparison, the original Switch launched with just a dozen games, and only Zelda: Breath of the Wild was the real standout. Switch 2 has something for just about every type of player right out of the box.
Because of this, combined with new hardware and a surprising number of full-featured ports, the Switch 2 is already off to a much stronger start than the original Switch had back in 2017. Not just because of the hardware, but because the lineup actually has variety.
You might be picking it up for something new, or maybe to replay a favorite that runs better; Either way, there is plenty to enjoy right away!
