In Version 2.7 of Wuthering Waves, two new characters have arrived: Galbrena and Qiuyuan. Both have unique designs and playstyles that are pleasing to the eye. Are you interested in bringing them both?
Galbrena is a Fusion Main DPS with attacks focused on Heavy ATK DMG and Echo Skill DMG.
Her playstyle is easy. Galbrena needs 100 Sinflame points. Once she has enough, you’ll use her Skill to enter Enhanced State, which will strengthen her Basic, Heavy, Mid-Air, Dodge, and Skill attacks.
Her Liberation can increase the DMG multiplier of attacks in her Enhanced State.
How Strong Is She?
Galbrena can already be considered a fairly strong Main DPS, but she is not yet at the same level as DPS like Augusta. Based on calculations, Galbrena’s best team is with Qiuyuan SK, who will appear in phase 2, or Lupa Brant, with a total DPS about 10% stronger than Lupa Brant Changli’s team.
Lupa Brant Changli’s team performance in the meta is quite good, so 10% is a significant improvement.

Is It Necessary to Have Lupa & Brant in Team?
Lupa and Brant are two great characters in Mono Fusion, because Lupa has a Special Fusion Buff and Brant has high personal DMG, but it’s not a problem because the Galbrena, Moretefi, and Shorekeeper teams are already good teams.

If you want Galbrena to perform better but don’t have Lupa and Brant, it’s better to wait for Qiuyuan in Phase 2 later.
How Good Is the Signature?
Galbrena’s signature (Lux & Umbra) has a passive that can provide 12% ATK, 24% Heavy ATK DMG, and Echo Skill DMG Amplification, as well as 8% DEF ignore.

Compared to a standard 5-star weapon, her signature is about 23% stronger.
Galbrena’s signature is quite good, but not as strong as Augusta’s signature, which can be up to 30% stronger.
Should You Pull Her?
Galbrena is a fairly strong Main DPS, but pulling her is optional. If you want to pull her, I recommend having at least Lupa and Brant, or pulling Qiuyuan later.

The performance difference between F2P and premium players is noticeable, but an F2P team should still be sufficient for full-star end-game content.
However, if you like the design or gameplay, it’s fine to pull Galbrena, as her performance is also quite good.
Will You Pull Galbrena?
