Furthermore, Ubisoft also announced The Division Resurgence, an upcoming free-to-play mobile RPG shooter title. The Division Franchise Roadmap
The complete franchise roadmap revealed Ubisoft’s plans for the franchise up to 2026, alongside some pieces of concept art for The Division 2: Survivors. The roadmap shows The Division Resurgence closed tests to be held before the final season of the year for The Division 2 drops.
Furthermore, Ubisoft will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Division franchise in 2026. The Division 2 will receive more content in 2026, which will be revealed later. In the end, we’re expected to receive The Division 2: Survivors, but an exact release date for it has not been announced yet.

Ubisoft revealed that the development for The Division 2: Survivors is currently in the early stages under the leadership of Magnus Jansen as the Creative Director. The blog post from Ubisoft also included a short statement from Julian Gerighty, the Executive Producer, who made it clear that they will be “closely involving” the fans on the development journey as it progresses.
There are also some huge expectations for The Division Resurgence. The mobile game will fill in the narrative gap between The Division 1 and 2, making it a must-play for the fans of the franchise. You can also check out The Division Resurgence’s web page to sign up for the upcoming closed tests.
