Titan Quest 2 is finally here in Early Access, but not everything is in the game just yet.
If you are wondering where things like multiplayer, transmog, or crafting are, here is a quick overview of what is currently missing – and what the devs say is coming later.
Character Customization Is Coming Later
The Early Access version currently does not have full character creation. Everyone starts with a pretty standard hero, but the devs already confirmed that proper customization will be added later, including things like skin tone, facial features, and other adjustments.
Crafting and Affixes Are Not Live Yet
If you are looking for crafting, transmuting, or ways to reroll affixes, those systems are not implemented yet. Previews and the official site both mention crafting as a planned feature, but right now, you are limited to basic gear/loot drops.
No Transmog or Cosmetics Yet
There is no transmog system or cosmetic customization right now. We also do not know if that comes as part of the crafting system or as its own thing, but so far, it is not available in this version of the game. However, several outlets did state that it is planned as part of the roadmap later on.
Multiplayer Is Not Part of Early Access
Co-op is planned, but it is not included in the current version. This was already mentioned in the official dev roadmap and was also pointed out in several previews – multiplayer will be added once the core systems are stable and balanced.
So, What Is Planned Later?
Here is what we can expect in future patches based on previews and dev statements:
- Full character creator
- Crafting systems and affix upgrades
- Cosmetic/transmog options
- Multiplayer and co-op functionality
There is no firm ETA for these yet, but the devs have said they will be rolled out over time.
