With the release of the Pandaren Heritage questline and Patch 11.2.7, Blizzard released some recolors of Windsteeds to tame on the Wandering Isle!
Players can get four different colors of Windsteeds. The Crimson Windsteed, the Jade-Scaled Windsteed, the Serene Windsteed, and the Shimmering Windsteed.
Wandering Isle Now Accessible For Everyone
Prior to the patch, only new Pandarens (and a special phased-instance for monks) could explore the Wandering Isle, but otherwise it was inaccessible. Completing the Pandaren Heritage questline will allow all players, of any race, to get to the Wandering Isle via hot air balloon.
For Alliance players, the balloon is located next to Adherent Hanjun, the Tushui Quartermaster, just north of the Dwarven District in Stormwind.
For Horde players, the balloon is near Disciple Jusi, the Huojin Quartermaster, in the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar.
Completing the questline will reward you with a hot air balloon, the 
Festival Hot Air Balloon, and the heritage armor set.
