So, what exactly happens when you transmog an item that’s normally restricted to a specific class? As it turns out, a whole lot of limping!
In patch 11.0.5, Blizzard shook things up by allowing previously class-locked items from events like the Pandaria Remix and the Trading Post to be transmogged across different classes. You just need to be the right armor type! As players are now trying these new items out on different classes, things are getting weird! Unnatural combos like this are causing some amusing/extremely sad visual bugs for certain characters. This poor Druid is not liking this particular Monk staff!
Someone Needs to Call PETA
SpammMeSenpai suffered this hilarious interaction after transmogging the Shado-Pan Watcher Keg. The staff looks great normally, but once an animal form is selected, it’s like their limbs go on vacation: broken/limp arms, legs, and even wings! Check out this wild (and slightly cursed) interaction:
Monk staff on Druids will break their arm/leg/wing
We really can’t decide whether it’s funny or sad. It seems Druids will need a bit more time to learn to use those Monk staffs! In the meanwhile, if you see a poor limping Druid, pet them for comfort, and maybe send them to the nearest Monk trainer.
