One of the most anticipated Operators for Arknights: Endfield is dropping soon. 👀

With the recent Arknights: Endfield Version 1.1 Developer Update, we were given a glimpse into the future of Talos-II, and with it, a preview of our next two operators coming in the Version 1.1 patch.
Version 1.1 Part 2, which begins on March 29th, 2026, will see the addition of the new Red Knight Narrative event, and along with it the game’s newest operator Rossina Wulfperl Luppino, Prima Elite of the pack, future Capo, and Strongarm of the don — better known as Rossi.

Rossi is a Sword wielding 6-Star Physical Guard operator, which puts her in the same class as Endministrator, Chen Qianyu, and Lifeng. Unlike those operators however, Rossi’s kit has a very different utility. The big draw to Rossi’s kit is her unique ability to convert elemental afflictions into Lift and Vulnerable stacks, and also triggering follow-up attacks.
Rossi’s Kit
Her Battle Skill Crimson Shadow deals physical damage and applies Lift, but if the target is already Vulnerable it triggers a second sequence of the skill called Wolven Ambrage which inflicts follow up heat damage.

Her Combo Skill Moment Of Blazing Shadow is triggered when an enemy has both Vulnerability and Arts Infliction stack applied and has 2 consecutive sequences: The first deals physical damage to the target while the second consumes all applied Arts Inflictions and deals damage and applies Lift to the target based on the number of stacks consumed. It also increases Rossi’s Critical Rate and Damage, and if Combo Sequence 2 is cast with perfect timing, it will apply an additional stack of Vulnerability to the target.

Her Ultimate Razorclaw Ambush unleashes a flurry of stabs that deal multiple hits of Heat Damage on the target during a short period of time, then Rossi dashes forward performing two slashes and dealing massive heat damage and applying Heat Infliction to her enemies, dealing increased critical damage when a critical hit is scored.

Her Talents are Nicks and Scratches and Seething Blood. The former will apply her kit verb Razor Clawmark to enemies which causes afflicted enemies to receive physical damage over time and causes enemies to take increased Physical and Heat damage. The latter grants her the ability to inflict an additional instance of damage on enemies afflicted with Razor Clawmark when she scores a critical hit, and also restores some of her HP. If the target is Combusted the damage and HP recovery will also be further increased.

In summary, her kit is highly focused on critical hits, converts Arts Inflictions to Vulnerability stacks, and even has some self-sustain and specific type damage buff capabilities. She’s poised to be a versatile operator that will slot into some very powerful teams as a Sub-DPS / Support character.

Potential Teams
Because of the specifics of her kit abilities, anyone considering pulling for Rossi in 1.1 should consider her potential team compositions. While were still unaware of the specifics of her Main and Sub Attributes, given the information on the rest of her kit we were given we can begin building an idea of her teams.
Rossi essentially has two heavy requirements in terms of her team composition- One Operator who can consume Vulnerability stacks, and one operator that reliably applies Arts Infliction. In specific, her kit works well with operators who can consume maximum stacks of Vulnerability. For the role of Main DPS operator, characters like Endministrator, and Da Pan come to mind immediately. Pogranichnik also has a lot of potential since he acts as an SP battery based on the number of consumed Vulnerability stacks when triggering his Battle Skill, which also plays into his Combo Skill as well.
In terms of Arts inflictions there are a lot of potential choices who will fit well into that slot- but in specific due to the secondary focus on Heat. Her brother Wulfgard, or perhaps Akekuri would slot well into this team. Theres also Gilberta, who is a super reliable Arts Infliction applier, and also a fantastic option for Crowd Control support.
Teams like Pogranichnik, Gilberta, Wulfgard, and Rossi seem to have a lot of potential as a combination, as do other comps like Da Pan, Rossi, Wulfgard, and Akekuri. One things for certain: Rossi is shaping up to be a unique new addition to the roster of operators who bring new mechanics such as timed combo skills, and multiple sequence attacks that I think will help to pave the road for future operators!
