Diablo II: Resurrected players on PlayStation 4 have finally received a fix for the UI issue introduced in Patch 3.1.1!

Blizzard confirmed last night, on February 25, that the problem has now been resolved on PS4. However, the same fix has not yet been deployed for PlayStation 5.

PSA – Patch 3.1.1 UI Issue on PlayStation

February 21, 2026

Hey everyone,

There is a UI issue introduced with Patch 3.1.1 which affects players on PlayStation. With the Season 13 Ladder beginning shortly, we want to avoid introducing any potential further issues by implementing a fix and keep the patch as is.

We wanted to let you know that we’re aware this is a known issue and we’ll likely fix it in a hotfix in the near future.

Thanks for your patience, and best of luck on the Warlock Hardcore Level 99 challenge!

2/25/2026 – Update

This issue has since been fixed for the PS4, we are looking to update for PS5 in the near future and will post here when the fix has been released.

Quick Recap

A few days ago, Blizzard acknowledged that Patch 3.1.1 caused a UI issue affecting PlayStation users. With Season 13 Ladder just starting at that moment, the team decided not to push immediate changes that could risk introducing new problems during launch week.

Now, the PS4 version has been updated, and the issue is fixed, so if you are playing on PlayStation 4, you can continue to level your Warlock to 99 without any additional UI problems!

As for PlayStation 5, Blizzard says they are working on it and will share another update once the patch goes live. You will have to be a little bit more patient, but it is coming!

Update

The issue has now also been fixed on PS5!
