We’re looking at an unexpected one-shot of a Level 87 player who defeated a Level 119 Butcher with a single blow.
The player’s build is called “Miracle Crone Bulwark” and utilizes Bulwark, 
Greatstaff of the Crone and 
Caged Heart of The Barber.
As you can imagine, the build is extremely powerful because the Butcher stood no chance!
