IGN Report on Blizzard Departures and the Company's Future, With Insider Info There have been many high-profile departures from Blizzard over the past years, with a couple happening just in the past month or so, and talk surrounding them and Blizzard's decline/change/fate have also been increasing consistently. This lead to IGN's Kat Bailey putting together a special report focusing on all of the departures and the current situation at Blizzard, talking to various developers both still working at the company and that have left it, to get a clear picture. The piece is very in-depth and takes a broader look at what's been happening, outside of the regularly heard doom and gloom attributed to the recent departures. We'll get into some of the highlights of the article, but if you're even a little interested in the topic you should absolutely take some time and read the full article over on IGN. All Class Skill Videos for Diablo 2: Resurrected It seems some clever players found a way around the 3-class limitation from the D2:R technical alpha and we now have all the skills for all the classes to look at! An important thing to note is that for the classes not directly enabled in the alpha, it's safe to assume the skill effects might get improved still, as they were locked off for a reason. All Class Skills for Amazon, Barbarian and Sorceress in Action in Diablo 2: Ressurected The technical alpha has finished and it's been a very positive reception from the Diablo community. And seeing as the visual upgrade is the main feature of the remake, we thought we'd take a look at as many skills from as many classes as we can! Diablo Diablo 5 comments Apr 12, 2021 at 20:07
First Dupes Found on Diablo 2: Resurrected Alpha With the remastered version of Diablo 2 being on Battle.net and Blizzard/Vicarious Visions explicitly having stated that fact will help with cheating, bots and similar, we now have an old friend/enemy appear on the technical alpha. Diablo 2: Resurrected in Ultrawide 32:9, 5120x1440 The techincal alpha for D2:R is around for a few more days and we have one of the major upgrades (for a select few) to check out today, as Badmanxl UltraWide Gaming made a video of the game running in, well, obviously Ultrawide resolution! The remake supports this natively, and while there are some issues in the alpha at the moment (like some black areas at the edges of the screen), it's amazing to see that mobs actually spawn in normally way off in the distance and the sheer size of the playing field compared to the original game! There's plenty to see below, and even in the 5120x1440 resolution on max settings the game still ran at 60 FPS: Diablo Diablo 6 comments Apr 10, 2021 at 05:47

Job Listings Indicate Unannounced FPS Single/Multiplayer Blizzard Game Blizzard are staffing up on one of their projects, with many open job positions for an "unannounced PC/console project", and we're betting on StarCraft! Based on the job experience asked for, the title will feature FPS action gameplay, as well as both single and multiplayer elements and ". This is specifically referred to as an unannounced project so it's very unlikely that it's Overwatch-related, as OW2 is already announced and in development for quite a while now and there's a specific Overwatch team on the careers site.
