Happy Birthday, Warriors of Light! The Rising 2026 marks the 13th year since the launch of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. However, FFXIV players’ chance to claim the exclusive rewards ends soon! Don’t miss out on the minion, orchestrion rolls, or indoor furnishings. There’s also a heartfelt message from both Yoshi P and a mystery composer!
Event Details & Rewards
The seasonal event closes Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT). As always, the quests will become unavailable after the event ends. Don’t be like me with a badge of shame (purposely) stuck in your quest log!
To begin, head to Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks and make your way close to The Aftcastle waypoint. Speak with the Wandering Minstrel (X:11.0 Y:12.8) to start the quest The Symphony of Life. Complete the short quest and receive your very own Wind-up Wuk Lamat minion!
For additional musical rewards, pick up the follow-up quest Prelude’s Call from the Wandering Minstrel. You’ll be standing directly before him after the previous quest. Afterwards, travel to Gridania’s Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre and witness a short cutscene to receive the following three orchestrion rolls:
- Matoya’s Cave (Modulation) Orchestrion Roll
- Eternal Wind (Modulation) Orchestrion Roll
- Zanarkand (Modulation) Orchestrion Roll

The Rising Vendor in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X:11.7 Y13.6) sells a tabletop furnishing of The Rising 2025 key art. Additionally, wall posters for The Rising 2024 and 2025 key art are also available. As is the usual for seasonal events, a variety of consumable seasonal miscellany can be purchased for gil. Consider picking up some Realm Reborn Reds to celebrate any occasion!

If you’re keen on any of the rewards from past Rising events, you can purchase them from the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store.
