The latest Genshin Impact beta patch brings several small but notable adjustments to Dahlia‘s kit. These changes mostly affect his Elemental Burst and passives, offering slight buffs and quality-of-life improvements.
Passive and Constellation Changes
Dahlia’s second passive ATK SPD increase per 1,000 Max HP has been raised from 0.4% to 0.5%, with the cap increased from 15% to 20%. This makes Dahlia a more effective support for fast-hitting characters.
On top of that, his first constellation now regenerates 2.5 Elemental Energy per Benison stack gained, slightly buffing his energy recharge.
Elemental Burst (Q) – Radiant Psalter
The Favonian Favor effect tied to Dahlia’s Burst has been updated. A Shield of Sacred Favor will only be re-summoned when the previous shield is broken via DMG, removing the trigger from shield expiration.
However, the maximum Benison stacks per Favonian Favor duration has been decreased from 5 to 4.
