HoYoverse has just announced a new behind-the-scenes livestream for Genshin Impact, and this one is already getting a lot of attention for one reason, and it is because it teases Snezhnaya!
Titled “To Snezhnaya and the Future”, the stream will go live on April 24 at 08:00 (UTC-4). You will be able to watch it on all the official Genshin Impact channels:
A Long-Awaited Region
Even though HoYoverse has not shared much about the content of the stream yet, the title alone is enough to get people talking.
Snezhnaya has been teased since the early days of Genshin Impact, and it is expected to be one of the most important regions in the game’s overall story. As the home of the Fatui, it is directly linked to some of the main antagonists and the main big story.
With the current arc getting closer to its conclusion, this stream could mark the transition toward that next main chapter.
Can You Expect Anything Interesting?
Right now, it is not entirely clear what the format will be. The announcement frames it as a behind-the-scenes stream, and that suggests something a bit different from the usual version of livestreams. That could mean:
- A look back at the story so far
- Developer insights into how Snezhnaya is being built
- Or early teasers of what is coming next
At the same time, given how important this region is, there is always a chance we will get at least a few concrete hints, even if it is just some visuals, themes, or the first real direction for the upcoming storyline.
Snezhnaya is not just another region, but it is really something players have been waiting for years. Between the Fatui, the Tsaritsa, and everything that has been building up in the background, expectations are naturally pretty high.
