Nefer’s Ascension Materials in Genshin Impact
To maximize Nefer’s potential and to level them fully, you’ll need to gather Nefer’s Ascension materials. These materials are listed below:

To Ascend Nefer to level 90, you need Nagadus Emerald Ascension Materials, Moonfall Silver and Warrant Enhancement Materials. Additionally, a new boss material in Luna II will be available so save up some resin!
Nefer Talent Upgrade Materials
Talent materials are vital for ensuring Nefer will be capable of dealing high damage in combat. To upgrade Nefer, you need the materials below:

You may not need to level all 3 talents to level 10 so keep that in mind when pre-farming anything for Nefer. Nefer needs the Ascended Sample: Rook weekly boss piece, Warrant Enhancement Materials and Elysium books. Elysium books are available Tue / Fri / Sun as well as any day for the first 7 days after you pull Nefer.
Nefer’s Signature Weapon – Reliquary of Truth
Nefer’s Signature Weapon of course also releases alongside Nefer. This weapon is called Reliquary of Truth and has the following effects as of the time of writing:
CRIT Rate is increased by 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% . When the equipping character unleashes an Elemental Skill, they gain the Secret of Lies effect: Elemental Mastery is increased by 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 for 12s. When the equipping character deals Lunar-Bloom DMG to opponents, they gain the Moon of Truth effect: CRIT DMG is increased by 24% / 30% / 36% / 42% / 48% for 4s. When both the Secret of Lies and Moon of Truth effects are active at the same time, the results of both effects will be increased by 50%.
