Nefer's Stat Priority
Recommended Stats for Nefer
Build recommendations assume a "decently built" level of artifact rolls alongside Nefer's best free to play weapon, Blackmarrow Lantern. Using other weapons may increase or decrease certain stats relative to these recommendations.
Nefer's Talent Priority
Nefer's most important talents to level are her Elemental Skill and then Elemental Burst. Nefer's Basic Attacks can be ignored for the most part.
How to Play Nefer
Nefer is a Lunar Bloom Main DPS who deals the majority of her damage through Charged Attacks that scale from her Elemental Skill. Her kit revolves around a unique Lunar Bloom interaction rather than traditional reaction damage.
When Nefer uses her Elemental Skill, she converts existing Lunar Bloom cores into Seeds of Deceit. This mechanic completely disables Hyperbloom interactions, meaning Nefer cannot be played in Electro-based Bloom teams. Instead, these Seeds of Deceit are consumed by Nefer’s Charged Attacks to deal additional Skill damage.
Each Charged Attack also consumes Verdant Dew stacks, which are generated by triggering Lunar Bloom reactions. Because of this, it is mandatory to run at least one additional Hydro character in Nefer teams to consistently generate Lunar Bloom and maintain Verdant Dew uptime.
Nefer’s basic rotation is very straightforward. Use her Elemental Skill, then perform three Charged Attacks. After that, cast her Elemental Skill again to consume the Seeds of Deceit, allowing Nefer to perform three additional Charged Attacks with increased damage.
Nefer’s Elemental Burst can be used every other rotation but is not mandatory. Since her Burst does not contribute to Lunar Bloom damage, it is considered a secondary source of damage rather than a core part of her rotation.
