What Could Genshin: Thousand Star Be?

Some players may also recall, there was a survey for Genshin in the past (around 8 months ago) to gauge interest in user-created content. While at the time many players suspected this could simply be to help focus direction on events with there being several events focusing on user-created content. Instead, this could be part of the focus of Genshin: Thousand Star.
