As Genshin Impact players continue to dig through Version 5.6, a small but notable update has gone largely unannounced-English voice lines are starting to return to Natlan’s Archon Quest.
Reddit user QuickSuccession69 recently posted a video showcasing key moments from Act III of the Archon Quest and Mavuika’s Story Quest, highlighting several characters who were previously unvoiced during the ongoing English VA strike.
According to the video, the following characters now have partial or full voiceovers:
This is the first sign of progress toward restoring full English voice acting in story content. A long-awaited return for fans who’ve been holding off on progressing through major quests during the strike.
However, it’s not all back to normal. Some scenes still remain silent, and not every character has been fully updated. That said, it’s a promising start, especially for players eager to experience Natlan’s narrative with its full voice cast.
