HoYoverse has started sharing “Traveler’s Guide to the Planes,” giving us an early sneak peek into the worldbuilding of Honkai: Nexus Anima. The first entries highlight Lia, the town where your adventure begins, and a handful of key locations that mix everyday charm with the really cool Anima battles.
Welcome to Lia – Your First Stop in Lusciell
Every great journey starts small, and in Nexus Anima, that place is Lia! This is a cozy town that you can find on the continent of Lusciell within the Plane of Reality. It is a humble town, but Lia is home to important landmarks, institutions, and plenty of personality!
Key Locations in Lia and Beyond
- Nexus Hall – A nonprofit shelter for Anima, supported by the Nexus Association. More than just a rest stop, it is a symbol of the bond between humans and their companions.
- Aniwon Plaza – A sunken square right in front of Lia’s Arena, full of activity and duels.
- Montemar Academy – A local school where youth study by day, but townsfolk stroll the grounds by evening.
- Quick Bites – A fast-food chain spread across Lusciell. Even Animasters need snacks between battles!
- Kampete’s Gallery of Wandering – A wonderful shop dedicated to the Grand Championship, filled with relics of past champions and tournament legends.
- Romanesque Hall – Once a royal mansion in the Old World, now repurposed as a massive Competition Arena where Championship Qualifiers are held.
- Committee for a Joyful Lia – The town’s municipal authority, ensuring daily life stays bright and harmonious.
These locations show that Nexus Anima is not just about battles. It is about living in a world where myth and daily life collide. You will train in academies, snack at fast food restaurants, and shop in champion galleries, all while also fighting with Sovereigns and Novarchs.
