The Dahlia is an upcoming 5-Star character in Honkai: Star Rail coming in Version 3.8 Phase 1. The Dahlia is a Fire character on the Path of Nihility and will be a Support character with a focus on providing buffs such as Break Effect, SPD increase, DEF reduction and energy.

What Stats and Skills does The Dahlia have?

The Dahlia will come with the following Level 80 Base Stats: HP (1087), ATK (679), DEF (606), SPD (96), Taunt (100), and Energy (130).

Abilities:

• Basic Attack (Fiddle… Fissured Memory): DMG = 100% of her ATK to a single enemy.
• Skill (Lick…Enkindled Betrayal): Creates a Zone that remains for 3 turns, decreasing by one each turn. Deals DMG = 160% of her ATK to a chosen enemy and those nearby. While active, the Zone boosts allies Weakness Break Efficiency by 50% and Toughness Reduction dealt to unbroken enemies is converted into Super Break DMG.
• Ultimate (Wallow…Entombed Ash): Applies “Wilt” status to all enemies for 4 turns. DMG = to 300% of her ATK to all enemies. Those affected by “Wilt” have their DEF reduced by 18% and gain Weaknesses matching all “Dance Partners” types.
• Technique (The Heart Makes the Finest Tomb): Generates a Special Dimension lasting 20 seconds. Enemies inside won’t actively attack allies. If combat begins within this Dimension, she instantly activates her Skill’s Zone and turns the initial Toughness Reduction into one instance of Super Break Damage at 60% against Weakness Broken enemies. Only one ally generated Dimension effect can happen at any one time.

What is The Dahlia’s Best Light Cone?

“Never Forget Her Flame”

Immolation – “Increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 60/75/90/105/120%. When entering combat, increases Break DMG dealt by the wearer and another teammate who triggered combat by 32/42/52/62/72%. If there is no teammate who triggered combat, applies this effect to the wearer and the teammate with the highest Break Effect. Effects of the same type cannot be stacked. When the wearer applies Weakness to an enemy target, recovers 1 Skill Point. This effect can only trigger once, and trigger count resets when using Ultimate.”
