Blizzard has confirmed that the attunement for Terrace of Endless Spring will be removed in Mists of Pandaria Classic. Players normally would need to defeat Grand Empress Shek’zeer in Heart of Fear before being able to enter Terrace of Endless Spring. With the attunement being removed, players will have quick access to the raid as they attempt to end the Sha of Fear’s reign of terror once and for all.

In WoW Classic, there is no requirement to defeat Grand Empress Shek’zeer (Heart of Fear) before you can enter Terrace of Endless Spring.
