Despite the Battlefield 6 Open Beta coming to a close. New leaks reveal more potential maps that may be included at launch or in future updates.
New Battlefield 6 Maps
Recent leaks have revealed three new maps, including Eastwood, as well as previews of two previously seen maps: Mirak Valley and Sobek City. However, this is likely just the beginning.

Fans have began speculating about potential new maps for future updates and where they might be located around the world. It’s worth noting that Battlefield 6 will roll out in seasons, similar to many online games today. Each season will introduce a new battle pass and possibly a storyline that delves into the reasons and locations for future battles players will engage in.
Additonally, Battlefield dataminer Temporyal has uncovered several new maps within BF Labs, hinting at exciting future maps. Among these maps, some are possibly remakes of beloved classics, such as Downtown from Battlefield: Hardline and Talah Market from Battlefield 3: Aftermath.
Given this information, map remakes seem likely, especially since the initial reveal indicated that the fan-favorite Operation Firestorm will be returning in Battlefield 6.
Leaked Maps and Modes
New maps aren’t the only thing Temporyal has found. They report that the leaks showcase a new map set in California, with a total of four maps confirmed so far. This information seems to coincide with the planned remake of Downtown. Additionally, there are rumors and leaks indicating that a Battle Royale mode may be in development. More posts from Temporyal talk about this, but DICE has removed the accompanying footage, which adds fuel to the fire that these claims are true.
We will have to wait for Battlefield 6’s launch on October 10th to learn more. It’s possible that we might see more details at this year’s Gamescom. But for now, keep an eye on our latest news for more details and developments.
