PlayStation just finished its latest State of Play livestream. This stream was filled with numerous surprising reveals and updates on titles fans have been waiting for.
Here is a quick breakdown of the highlights:
New Reveals & Announcements
- Marvel’s Wolverine – A new trailer for the highly anticipated Wolverine from Insomniac Games is shown, focusing on its very bloody and violent gameplay. Coming Fall 2026
- Saros – We’ve just gotten our first look at the gameplay of the follow-up to Returnal, along with a release date of March 20, 2026. But don’t be mistaken! This isn’t a sequel to Returnal, but rather a new game in the series.
- Code Vein 2 – Bandai Namco has dropped a new trailer for the upcoming Code Vein sequel, showcasing story and gameplay, with a release date of January 30th, 2026.
- Battlefield 6 Campaign – We got our first look at Battlefield 6’s Campaign. Although we didn’t get any gameplay, this trailer reveals the premise of the game’s story, set to launch on October 10, 2025.
- Nioh 3 – We finally got a release date for Nioh 3! Team Ninja’s highly anticipated sequel will be released on PS5 on February 6, 2026.
- Zero Parades – For Dead Spies – The creative minds behind the iconic Disco Elysium are back with another deep, narrative-driven CRPG. Zero Parades – For Dead Spies will be releasing on PS5 in 2026.
- Halloween: The Game – We were given a new trailer and gameplay breakdown for the upcoming new and improved Halloween game, releasing Sep 8th, 2026.
- Let It Die: Inferno – Supertrick Games is back again with a surprising sequel to Let It Die in the form of a rogue-lite survival action game, set to launch on December 3, 2025.
- Chronoscript: The Endless End – A new, stunning 2D metroidvania game from Shueisha Publishing, releasing in 2026.
- Crimson Desert – We got a release date and a reveal trailer for Crimson Desert. The fight for Pywel begins on March 19, 2026.
- The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin – A new trailer for the free-to-play open-world RPG based on the Seven Deadly Sins anime, releasing on PS5 January 28, 2026.
- Deus Ex Remastered – A remaster of the beloved and iconic immersive sim is coming to PlayStation 5, releasing Feb 5th 2026.
- Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered – Both DYNASTY WARRIORS 3″ and “DYNASTY WARRIORS 3: Xtreme Legends are being brought back in striking modern detail. To be released on March 19th, 2026.
Updates on Known Titles
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 – We got a new trailer coming to PlayStation 5 on December 5th, 2025, with PSVR2 compatibility.
- The Last Epoch – Last Epoch will be coming to PlayStation 5 with its first major Expansion.
- Tekken 3, Soul Calibur 3 & Tomb Raider Anniversary are coming to the classic catalog.
- Sonic Racing: Crossworld – Sonic is crossing over with Mega Man as a racer alongside Protoman, coming in 2026.
- The Last of Us Part 2 will be coming to PS+ on Sep 26th, 2025.
- Gran Turismo has sold 100 million units worldwide and is getting a major update for Gran Turismo 7.
- Trailer for a God of War 20th Anniversary Controller.
