Hollow Knight: Silksong is finally here, and launch week comes with a fun extra for Twitch users: a limited-time Hornet badge you can add to your profile. It might not give you anything in-game, but it is a neat way to show you were there when Silksong finally released.
How to Unlock the Badge
This drop works a little differently than the usual Twitch campaigns. Instead of watching hours of streams, you just need to grab a new subscription (or gift sub) on a participating channel. Prime subs do not count. As soon as you sub, the Hornet badge is unlocked and ready to equip in your Twitch chat settings.
In short, all you have to do is follow these few steps:
- Go to a participating Twitch live channel
- Buy one new recurring or gift subscription during the event (NOT with Prime)
- Rewards can only be earned on one stream at a time
Once you do that, the Hornet badge is automatically added to your Twitch account and can be equipped in your chat settings.
How Long Do You Have to Claim It
The campaign runs from September 4 at 16:00 CEST until September 13 at 08:59 CEST. After that, the badge will be gone for good, so make sure to claim it before the deadline.
