We have some trickery afoot in the Midnight beta! A player has pulled off a bit of a magic trick with their house, getting a Russian Doll situation going on. This is one of the more interesting housing projects we’ve see so far, so let’s get into it.
Pimp My House(es)
Nobody told Lock_Audio that you only get the ONE house in your plot, and they went ahead and made three! Sure they’re all in one house, but they have all the key elements! Before we get into any details, you’ll want to see the video first.
The second “house” is around 50% smaller than the first, and the last one isn’t exactly complete, as only the parts you can see from the door were made. Forced perspective is also used a lot to create the feel of the really long hallways.
It’s a really cool idea and showcases the creativity on offer in the housing system. And this is just the beta! You can head on over to the WoWHousing reddit thread below and upvote or leave a comment for Lock_Audio!
