Blizzard released a new Patch 11.2 build on the PTR this week and here’s an overview of the class and Season 3 set bonus changes that went live with it!
Death Knight
- Runic Empowerment – Each Runic Power you spend has a 1.6/1.8% chance to instantly grant you a Rune.

- Frigid Executioner – Runic Empowerment has a 20/25% chance to refund 1 additional Rune.
- Frozen Dominion
Each enemy Frostwyrm’s Fury damages grants you (4 * $mastery)% Mastery, up to (4 * $mastery * 5)% for 15 sec.

- Whitemane’s Famine – Unholy: When damages an enemy affected by Undeath it gains 1 stack and infects another nearby enemy. Frost: When Obliterate or Frostscythe damages an enemy affected by Undeath it gains 1 stack and infects another nearby enemy.
- Trollbane’s Icy Fury – Unholy shatters Trollbane’s Chains of Ice when hit, dealing (140.4% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage to nearby enemies, and slowing them by 40% for 4 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Frost: Obliterate and Frostscythe shatters shatter Trollbane’s Chains of Ice when hit, dealing (140.4% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage to nearby enemies, and slowing them by 40% for 4 sec. - Mawsworn Menace
Unholy% increased damage and the cooldown of your Death and Decay is reduced by 10 sec. Frost: Obliterate deals 10% increased damage and the cooldown of your Death and Decay is reduced by 10 sec.

Each foe struck with Glacial Advance has a chance to transform your next Frost Strike into Frostbane. The chance increases with the number of Razorice stacks on the target.FrostbaneStart a frozen onslaught that strikes twice, unleashing the chilling essence of winter, dealing (80% of Attack power) Frost damage to all enemies caught in its wake with each strike.Each enemy struck reduces the damage dealt to the next foe by 5%, down to 40%. - Arctic Assault – Consuming Killing Machine fires a Glacial Advance through your target at 45/60% effectiveness.
- Cryogenic Chamber
Pillar of Frost now summons a Remorseless Winter that lasts 4 sec longer.Each time Frost Fever or Empower Rune Weapon deals damage 15% of the damage dealt is gathered into the next cast of Remorseless Winter, up to 20 times.
When Howling Blast consumes Rime, 15% of the damage it deals is gathered into the next cast of Remorseless Winter, up to 20 times. - Breath of Sindragosa – Call upon Sindragosa’s aid in battle, consuming 0.1000 Runic Power to deal (116.49% of Attack power) Frost damage every sec to enemies in a cone in front of you. Deals reduced damage to secondary targetsI: targets.I: Deals (200% of Attack power) Frost damage instantly and lasts for up to 8 sec. - Killing Streak – Obliterate and Frostscythe consume all Killing Machines to deal 25% increased critical strike damage and grant 1.5/2.0% Haste for 8 sec for each stack consumed.Multiple applications may overlap.
- Frostreaper
Obliterate has a chance to tether the souls of its target and a nearby enemy to yours.Frostscythe severs the tethers, dealing (205.92% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage to both foes.

- Deathspeaker – Shadow Word: Death damage increased by 25%.Shadow Word: Death gains its damage and talent bonus bonuses against targets below 35% health instead of 20%.
- Subservient Shadows
Summoned minions last an additional 3.0 sec and deal an additional 15% damage.
