Blizzard just detailed another class tuning pass coming with the weekly reset! 8 classes across 11 specs in both PvE and PvP get plenty of changes. Havoc, Feral, and Holy Priest get across-the-board buffs to damage/healing. Dominant M+ and raid spec Unholy gets nerfs and buffs.
Augmentation gets another huge buff, this time 15% to everything, so let’s see if it can move out of the bottom in dungeons and raids. The most popular DPS spec, Retribution, also got some buffs. The rest of the specs also mostly get improvements, so let’s take a look.
As the Season 2 continues, we’re monitoring class balance and making adjustments to specializations that become outliers in group content and in PvP. With scheduled weekly maintenance in each region, we’ll make the following changes.

- San’layn: Pact of the San’layn now stores 25% of all Shadow damage dealt into Blood Beast (was 50%).
- Raise Abomination melee attack damage increased by 30%.

- Spellslinger: Splinter damage increased by 10%.
- Spellslinger: Controlled Instincts damage increased to 40% of Splinter damage (was 30%).

PALADIN

- Mana regeneration reduced by 35% in PvP combat (was 40%).
- Feather Feet (PvP Talent) now increases the duration of Lighter than Air to 12 seconds (was 6 seconds).
- Jade Serpent Statue’s Soothing Mist healing increased by 60% and its duration increased to 14 sec in PvP combat (was 8 seconds).
- Vivify healing increased by 20% in PvP combat.
SHAMAN
- Electrocute damage increased by 75%.
- Restoration
- Torrent’s bonus to Riptide’s initial heal is now 100% effective in PvP combat (was reduced by 33%).
- Healing Tide Totem health increased by 75%.
- Mana regeneration reduced by 60% in PvP combat (was 65%).

- The healing bonus from Improved Maelstrom Weapon is now 50% effective in PvP combat (was 25%).
PALADIN

- Blessing of Sanctuary’s cooldown increased to 60 seconds (was 45 seconds).
- Gleaming Rays now increases Holy Power spender damage by 10% in PvP combat (was 15%).

- Shattering Throw’s damage increase to shields is now 30% less effective in PvP combat.
- Wrecking Throw’s damage increase to shields is now 30% less effective in PvP combat.

- Show No Mercy now increases the critical strike chance and damage of Execute by 5% per stack (was 15%) in PvP combat.

- Slaughterhouse (PvP Talent) duration decreased to 12 seconds (was 20 seconds).
- Show No Mercy now increases the critical strike chance and damage of Execute by 5% per stack (was 15%) in PvP combat.
- Strength of the Mountain increases the damage of Bloodthirst and Rampage by 25% (was 37%) in PvP combat.
