The pesky Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club Renown track reputation getting stuck bug returned after a previous hotfix. Blizzard are now aware of the second issue and are working on a fix, but haven’t managed to pin it down yet today.
Thank you for all the reports. We’re currently investigating the issue with the raid renown not increasing and we’ll provide an update when we have more information.
