Brewmaster Monks Vengeance Transfer From Xuen Fixed – Mists of Pandaria Classic

The Monk’s level 90 talent choice, Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger, has been fixed to no longer grant Vengeance at a higher rate than intended for Brewmasters while a damage reduction buff is activated.
