One of the biggest quality of life changes is coming in Midnight! It’s even coming as early as the pre-patch, as transmog collection is about to get a whole lot easier!
Lower Difficulty Unlocks
Starting with the pre-patch, when players collect a full set on a certain difficulty, all versions of that set from lower difficulties will also be unlocked! This has been one of the most sought-after improvements from players for years and years. It’s also probably the best quality of life improvement coming in Midnight! It means that if you manage to grab a full Mythic set, you will immediately get all of that set’s looks. This works for lower difficulties as well, so Heroic gives you Normal and LFR and Normal gives you LFR. The change also seems like it should be retroactive.
We were aware of the system’s addition in the expansion from notes Blizzard shared with us. However, according to MrGM, it’s actually coming in the pre-patch!
