<li>Players can now upgrade the gear obtained from the Dominance Offensive and Operation: Shieldwall factions.</li>
<li>The Empowering Flames debuff no longer persists on players when they are not inside of an active Empowering Flames area.</li>
<li>Players can now start War Games for Tol’viron Arena and The Tiger’s Peak.</li>
