Blizzard are changing the way the event rewards work, from the timing being more transparent to better rewards.
First off, all the weekly unlocking quest rewards will be listed at the Wodin NPC. There it will be clearer when exactly you can grab each item. Secondly, there’s an improvement to the actual rewards from the prize purse, adding 250 Resonance Crystals.

To provide more awareness of the rewards that are available over the course of the Dastardly Duos event, they have been moved to Wodin the Troll Servant in a hotfix that is now live.
Each reward listed with Wodin will show the quest that’s required to obtain it and which week it will become available. Alongside this change, the Dastardly Prize Purses will now contain 250 Resonance Crystals.
