It seems the chess set, Wolphisto rug, and chest are having some trouble reaching players! The next expansion for Diablo 4, Lord of Hatred, brought with it three housing decor items for WoW players who pre-ordered it. Unfortunately, they are not making it into all players’ hands.
Blizzard are aware of the issue, but it seems they don’t have a solution yet.
At this time, we have an issue preventing the rewards from making it to their destination in WoW.
We do not yet have an ETA for the fix for it. I’ll provide a confirmation update once there we know more.
