Blizzard just deloyed hotfixes on the 11.2 PTR that bring a new wave of class changes. These come in addition to the changes that went live yesterday.
Which Classes Were Nerfed?
The latest build includes nerfs for Mistweaver Monk and Discipline Priest.
Which Classes Got Buffed?
Holy Paladin and Elemental Shaman were buffed.

With hotfixes, we’ve made the following adjustments to classes on the PTR today:
Paladin
- Lightsmith: Fixed an issue where Hammer and Anvil was not being activated by Judgment.
- Holy
- Holy Shock healing increased by 12%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Holy Prism healing increased by 12%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Word of Glory healing increased by 12%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Light of Dawn healing increased by 12%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Beacon of Virtue now has a 40 yard range (was 30 yards).
Monk
- Mistweaver
- All healing done reduced by 5%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
Shaman
- Elemental
- Maelstrom Supremacy now increases the damage of Earth Shock, Elemental Blast, and Earthquake by 25% (was 15%).
- Farseer: Elemental Reverb now increases Lava Burst damage by 20% (was 5%).
Priest
- Discipline
- Weal and Woe increases the absorption of Power Word: Shield by 3% per stack (was 5%). Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Power Word: Radiance mana cost increased by 10% (was 20%).
- Renew mana cost reduced by 30%.
- Oracle: Preventive Measures increases the absorption of Power Word: Shield by 30% (was 40%). Does not apply to PvP combat.
- Voidweaver: Entropic Rift damage increased by 30%.
