As Remix is moving along, players either have quite a bit of Bronze lying around or can get their hands on it pretty quickly with their powerful characters. And so we thought now would be a good time for a reminder about a key difference between the Remix sets and regular retail ones.
Cross-Class-Dressing
This may not be news to some, since it worked like this in the Mist of Pandaria Remix as well, but the tier set visuals you purchase in Legion Remix are actually usable on other classes of the same armor type! Unlike sets acquired on the mainline live servers, you can purchase a Warlock set and then use that look on a Mage or Priest! Nishikigami reminded players of this fact back at Remix’s launch, and we thought you may want to know, as there’s still plenty of time to grab them.
So if you’re not still hunting for whichever cosmetic, toy, or mount from Legion, you should probably re-buy any sets you already have unlocked on retail! Sure, there are options for this with off-set pieces that look the same already. However, with the ease of Bronze acquisition on Remix and the fact that you get access to specific colors, it’s still very much worth it to grab them. Whether it’s Paladins with Warrior gear or Mages with Warlock cloth, this could open up a lot of options for your alts! And considering you can get a brand new max-level alt in around an hour in Remix right now, you should have plenty of them by the time the event is done!
Did you know you could use the sets cross-class? Which combos will you be getting?
