Shamans have been having an issue with Earth Shield not staying up after it’s cast for a long time now. Last week, Blizzard applied a hotfix to address the issue. However, it seems that hotfix caused both Earth and Water Shield to “behave unexpectedly” and it was therefore reverted. The original issue is now back and is still being worked on.
We’ve reverted hotfixes to Earth Shield and Water Shield (with Therazane’s Resilience talented) from last week that was causing them to behave unexpectedly.
We’ll continue to work on addressing this.
