First Liberation of Undermine 11.1.7 Raid DPS Log Rankings: The Belt

Starym's Avatar by Starym

We have quite a bit of movement in the charts, despite the smaller patch changes. There are a lot of big moves as specs come in from outside the top 10, but the very top specs are still pretty safe. The new Delve belt has shaken things up, and is getting tuning changes with this week’s reset as well, so all is still very much in flux. We see some unexpected specs showing up, as Fury, Arms, Outlaw, and more rise.

Note: We are using normalized scores instead of raw DPS for the Warcraft Logs rankings. Normalized scores take into account the outlier boss fights where certain specs could stack massive DPS (due to the nature of the fight, whether it’s AoE spam or something else), which would then affect their overall score for the whole raid.

Mythic

Overall Damage 95th Percentile

The new patch and introduction of the best-for-all-specs D.I.S.C. belt didn’t change that much in the very top of the top percentiles. We go down to the 5th spot for the first bit of movement, as Shadow has dropped a couple of spots, letting Survival move one up. Next, we have Havoc’s major move, as it seems to have benefited from the belt’s arrival the most. The Demon Hunter moves three spots up from 9th, continuing its slow rise ever since that buff in the last tuning pass.

We then have three specs that benefited a LOT from the patch. Arcane is also surging, moving into 8th, all the way up from 13th! Outlaw follows suit, gaining two spots in 9th, and Arms closes out the top 10 a 6-spot move! Down in the dumps, we have Balance dropping a spot to join the bottom 3, and we also have a surprise visitor, as Enhancement drops three spots to join the druid and Warlock.

Overall Damage All Percentiles

The generalist bracket does see changes at the top, but it’s just the usual catching up with the older top percentiles changes. Marksmanship moves into 2nd and pushes Destruction down, same as it did before in the top percentiles. We do see Survival do better than the top chart, managing to push past Affliction and grab fourth place! We see Havoc’s surge here as well, this time gaining an even bigger 6 spots to finish in 6th. The Warriors are gathering right after that, interestingly with Fury coming out on top after a 4-spot bump. Arms may be behind its fellow Warrior, but it gained a lot more, rising 6 spots. Arcane gains the same 6 spots it did in the top percentiles, closing out the top 10.

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles

Arcane grabs third in the direct damage chart, pushing Arms down a spot. Devastation actually rises here, gaining two spots and pushing Feral and Assassination down, as the Druid moves past the Rogue.

Mythic Bosses

Survival eclipses Marksmanship on top of the Sprocket chart, and both Affliction and Destruction move past Devastation on Bandit. Mug’Zee has a fully Hunter top 3, as Destruction falls off the face of the Undermine down to 9th.

Heroic Overall Damage All Percentiles

Heroic is on a whole other planet, as Subtlety, which has been doing a lot better here than in Mythic, turns it up to 11 and moves into 3rd place! Another very not-represented spec in Mythic moves up as well, with Fire gaining another spot and moving into 5th.
