If you weren’t aware, we have a new Wormhole toy, and it’s not even for engineers only! As you may know, Season 2 of the War Within brought a very handy toy for Delve enthusiasts. The 
Delve-O-Bot 7001, rewarded from the Delve season journey, is actually more than it seems.
A Handy Reminder
In case you didn’t already know, Aleph_Rat reminded all of us that the Delve-O-Bot actually works outside War Within content as well. That’s right, it doesn’t matter which zone in WoW you’re in, the toy will always work. Now sure, it will bring you to a random Bountiful Delve on Khaz Algar. That makes it a little less accurate than the engineering Wormholes, but it’s still very handy. It’s mostly useful for alts that aren’t bound to the new zones. It can even be for mains that are bound somewhere in the new expansion. Maybe you just want to get out of Undermine fast so you can fly around, or maybe you want to gamble and possibly get to the exact zone you want with a Bountiful Delve active.
Different Cooldown
The big thing here is that the toy does NOT share the Hearthstone cooldown! It’s also usable from the new player starting area, Exile’s Reach, as confirmed by Mysteryemployee. So if for some reason you really wanted a level 1 or level 10 in front of a Bountiful Delve in Khaz Algar, go for it!
For the rest of us this is an extremely handy teleportation device. So get it out of your Toy Box if you’re a Delve enthusiast already, or get to delving and earn that seasonal reputation if you’re not!
